Delays due to force majeure. "Force majeure" refers to objective conditions and other circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome, leading to delays in shipment. This includes but is not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system control or interruption (e.g., due to weather), communication system interference or failure, government actions, postal management policy changes, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
