ORDER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order via the following methods: Simply search for your product and click add to cart. Create an eCommerce login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.
2. What information do I need to provide to make an order?
In order to process your order we require the following information:
- Your shipping, order information & billing address.
- Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
- Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.
3. How do I cancel or edit an order?
You can cancel your order while it's still in the "Processing" status. However, once the status changes to "Shipped," the order cannot be canceled. Please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org within one day after placing an order.
